Bayer in Kansas City, Missouri invites an experienced Cardiorenal Sales Consultant to implement sales strategies for CVR products. You will drive launches, educate clinicians, and develop strategic plans for primary care in community settings. Travel up to 50% with residence in the territory.

The role reports to the Area General Manager and collaborates with Marketing, Market Access and Patient Services to achieve US Pharma outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role or other relevant experience.
• Proven track record in developing long-standing relationships with customers.

Responsabilités

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff in assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products and collaborate with Customer Squad for pull-through.
• Leverage knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and menopause markets to anticipate opportunities and plan strategically.
• Provide input to sales leadership and regional account managers for territory and region planning.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and share insights with stakeholders.
