Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a part-time Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Specialist for Tipton Hospital. You will design, implement, and supervise physician-ordered exercise and lifestyle programs for cardiovascular and pulmonary patients.

Requirements include a Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology or related field, 1–2 years of rehab experience, and ACSM-CEP/AACVPR credentials preferred. BLS and ACLS within 6 months required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or related field is required.
• ACSM-CEP and/or AACVPR CCRP credentials strongly preferred.
• BLS certification through the AHA is required.
• ACLS certification through the AHA within 6 months of hire is required.
• Strong ECG interpretation skills and advanced knowledge of exercise physiology in clinical populations.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and oversees physician-ordered exercise and lifestyle programs for patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions.
• Provides leadership in all phases of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and ensures safe, evidence-based care.
• Mentors staff and supports research, education, and patient outreach.
