Qualifications

• RRT certification and active Illinois license at start date.
• BLS and ACLS; PALS for neo/peds; NRP within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide charge therapist duties and monitor staff competency.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary rounds to ensure continuity of care.
• Assess cardiopulmonary status and manage ventilator support per protocols.
• Contribute to CQI initiatives and participate in clinical research.
