Job summary

Loxo in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Cardiology and Vascular outpatient practice. The role emphasizes evaluation, treatment planning, and coordinated follow-up in a collaborative team.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with strong earning potential, a base salary of $130,000–$180,000 plus bonus potential, and opportunities to earn $200,000+ annually for top performers. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program in the United States.
• Current or eligible for Arizona NP or PA licensure.
• Current NP or PA certification, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions.
• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Review laboratory results, imaging, diagnostic studies, and clinical findings.
• Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice.
• Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure evaluation and follow-up.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, lifestyle changes, and cardiovascular risk reduction.
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, vascular specialists, APPs, and clinical support staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support efficient patient flow and team-based outpatient care.
