Loxo in Glendale, AZ seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology & Vascular outpatient team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with strong clinical support and opportunities for specialty training.

Earn a base salary of $130,000–$180,000 with bonus potential and the possibility of earning $200k+ for top performers. You will evaluate and manage cardiovascular and vascular patients, review diagnostics, coordinate care, and educate patients, while

Qualifikationen

US-accredited NP or PA program graduate.
Current or Arizona-eligible NP/PA licensure.
Current NP/PA certification, as applicable.
2–3 years APP experience preferred.
Cardiology or vascular experience a plus.

Aufgaben

Evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Review labs, imaging, and coordinate treatment plans.
Prescribe and manage medications within scope.
Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and risk reduction.
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
Maintain timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with cardiologists, APPs, and staff.
Support efficient outpatient workflow.
