Job summary

Health First seeks an experienced Cardiology Testing RN specialist to oversee patient care in the Cardiology Testing Clinic. You will apply nursing processes, ensure NRC and IAC compliance, and support value-based care within Health First standards.

You will supervise the testing team, communicate with providers, document assessments, and educate patients while coordinating daily schedules and medication education as needed.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma with Florida RN licensure.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and organize clinical processes.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with cardiovascular testing and medical documentation is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cardiology Testing Clinic operations and patient intake.
• Interpret 12-lead ECGs, monitor safety, and ensure protocol adherence.
• Educate staff, ensure testing accuracy, and coordinate with providers.
• Document assessments, educate patients, and manage medication education.
• Schedule optimization, med reconciliation, and triage as needed.
• Maintain EMR documentation and support quality outcomes.
