The University of Virginia is seeking a dedicated individual to perform ECG diagnostic testing and manage electronic clinical workflows. This role involves acquiring 12-lead electrocardiograms, coordinating ECG routing, and applying Holter monitors. Candidates must have a high school diploma and be willing to obtain AHA BLS certification. The position requires physical stamina and offers a competitive hourly compensation range.
Performs ECG diagnostic testing, Holter and cardiac event monitor placement, implantable device assessment/remote interrogation, and manages electronic clinical workflow and results data.
Compensation Range: $15.37 - $23.82 hourly.
Requires prolonged sitting/standing, frequent bending/stooping/traveling, reaching (overhead and extensive/repetitive), keyboard and workstation use, and the ability to lift/push/pull 20-50 lbs. May be exposed to blood, body fluids, and infectious diseases.
