Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for procedures and provide manual assistance.
• Record patient data for medical records and inform RN/LPN of findings.
• Provide basic care and comfort, assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and patient transport.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient status; document I&O and notify RN/LPN of changes.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, safe patient environment and support unit operations.
