Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• ARDMS or CCI registry eligibility and pass within one year of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in stable and acute care settings.
• Structure own work patterns under general supervision.
• Report interpretations to physicians when completed.
• Refer unusual situations to physician/supervisor.
• Accurately calculate in apothecary and metric systems and document clinical information.
