• Lead recruitment and onboarding of cardiology physicians and APPs
• Collaborate with leadership to staff the service line
• Develop processes, policies, and procedures for clinical care and operations
• Support regulatory, compliance, budget, and information systems needs
• Ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care across cardiology services
