Job summary

MUSC Health Heart and Vascular seeks a full-time BC/BE non-invasive Cardiologist to join a well-established Orangeburg practice. You will work with four cardiologists, two non-invasive, two interventional, and five Cardiology Advanced Practice Providers. This role offers leadership opportunities and the resources of a major health system.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration, and expansion of cardiology services across the region.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiovascular disease required.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited cardiovascular disease fellowship.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency.
• Hold an unrestricted South Carolina medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy cardiology practice.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of cardiology physicians and APPs.
• Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and care coordination.
• Collaborate within MUSC Health Heart & Vascular Center to deliver advanced treatments.
