Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Cardiology to join the Cardiac/Telemetry Unit. You will provide bedside nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of acute cardiac telemetry experience, AZ RN licensure, strong teamwork and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. BSN and CVICU/ICU experience, CPR/ACLS certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Acute care cardiac telemetry experience required.
• AZ RN licensure is required.
• BSN preferred; CVICU/ICU experience a plus; CPR/ACLS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized bedside nursing care based on the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning.
• Perform hourly patient rounding and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervise healthcare team members and serve as shift charge nurse when needed.
• Assess, plan, delegate, and evaluate patient care effectiveness.
