Job summary

Cardiac Study Center, Inc. is seeking aRegistered Nurse Navigator in Olympia, WA to guide patients through the cardiology care journey. You will serve as a nurse, case manager, and liaison, coordinating referrals, accessing resources, and advocating for patients and families.

You will monitor outcomes, support program performance, and collaborate with clinicians to improve quality and cost-effective care, while delivering patient-centered services.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; an Associate Degree in Nursing with equivalent additional experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years of recent clinical experience in cardiology or a related specialty.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient navigation and advocacy, managing an assigned caseload.
• Coordinate referrals and access to specialty care and resources.
• Monitor treatment plans and notify providers when reassessment is needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and participate in payer appeals as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and staff to support informed decision-making and care management.
