Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA is seeking an RN I Practice for the Cardiology department at New River Valley Cardiology Device Clinic. This full-time, day shift role supports nursing coordination and age-appropriate patient care in a dynamic ambulatory setting.

You will perform assessments, implement and evaluate care plans, administer treatments, and document in the EMR. New grads welcome; BLS required, VA licensure or eligibility; sign-on bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• BLS-HCP required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on work area.
• Keyboarding skills and computer literacy with EMR use.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care and coordinate delivery for patients of all ages.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Administer treatments and medications and document in EMR.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to adjust care plans.
• Engage in performance improvement and education initiatives.
