Atrium Health Navicent- The Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 7Heart unit, a fast-paced setting focused on acute and chronic cardiac care. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate patient plans, and ensure safety and quality across the care continuum.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, an active RN license in the practicing state, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire. Cardiac/critical care experience is preferred.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required/expected within 6 months of hire date.
• Cardiac/critical care experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
