Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, day shift in Plymouth, MN. The role offers an 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, with no weekend work and ACLS highly preferred. May pre-schedule to float to Eden Prairie, Plymouth, or Edina.

Eligible for mileage reimbursement when traveling to other sites. The nurse will assess and plan patient care, coordinate with the care team, and support program development and quality initiatives while maintaining required licenses and

Qualifications

• RN license required in MN; WI license if practicing in Wisconsin.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/ALS as applicable in department.
• 2–5 years RN experience in a relevant clinical area.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate and delegate care to ensure patient safety and quality.
• Maintain competencies and apply evidence-based practice.
• Lead and support program development and nursing research.
• Coordinate care pathways and ensure continuity across sites.
• Participate in orientation, precepting, and unit operations.
• Fulfill organizational requirements and adapt to staffing needs.
