Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a registered nurse to join the team at Hudson Physicians Clinic Saint Paul. The role covers 1.0 FTE with 8-hour day shifts and no weekends, with rotations to Woodbury/St. Paul as coverage expands. Eligible for mileage reimbursement.

The nurse will lead in planning, coordinating and evaluating patient care, coordinating with family and other disciplines, and supporting program development and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN with 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience recommended.
• Licensure as RN in MN and WI if applicable; state-specific requirements apply.
• BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required; in-house training possible.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs; establish and implement care plans.
• Coordinate, delegate, and monitor care to ensure safety and quality.
• Incorporate evidence-based nursing practices considering statutes and guidelines.
