Qualifications
- RN license required.
- Experience: No Experience (entry level acceptable).
- Must have Nursing degree and RN license.
Responsabilités
- Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Educates patients and families on illness, home care needs and medications.
- Uses critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
- Develops and implements care plans in collaboration with healthcare team.
