Responsibilities

• Coordinates data abstraction and quality improvement activities for Cardiology to support leadership and drive departmental objectives.
• Creates and maintains KPIs aligned with registries and state benchmarks.
• Abstracts clinical data from the EHR in real-time to support standard of care and registry submissions.
• Monitors data quality and ensures timely reporting to NYSDOH and registries.
• Collaborates with clinical teams to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
