Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA is seeking an RN Practice Supervisor for our General Cardiology service. You will lead practice-based teams, coordinate staffing, and supervise clinical and office colleagues to assure high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires an RN license in Virginia, BLS-HCP, and minimum 2 years of clinical leadership. You will collaborate with physicians, administer performance feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a registered nurse program required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with leadership demonstrated.
• Licensure: Current RN license in Virginia required.
• Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required; ACLS/PALS may be required by duty area.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for practice-based teams to ensure quality, patient-centered care.
• Supervise clinical and office staff, coach, mentor, and manage performance.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, evaluations, and corrective actions to support staffing and development.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and outcomes, optimize schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance.
