Responsibilities

• Leads practice staff in a professional and competent manner.
• Ensures patient access, service, and operational coordination.
• Tracks and monitors team time/attendance and approves time sheets.
• Partners with Billing and Revenue Cycle teams to identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Organizes clinic operations to maximize efficiency and reduce patient wait times.
