Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a dedicated Physician Practice Team Lead to join the Family Medicine team at Dulles South and Filigree. This is a full-time day shift role, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice staff in a professional and competent manner.
• Motivates and mentors staff to promote efficiency and morale.
• Screens and conducts initial staff interviews per management guidelines.
• Ensures patient access, service, and operational coordination through communication links.
• Tracks and monitors team member time/attendance and approves time sheets.
• Monitors patient volumes and access to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with federal/state authorities and payor regulations.
• Oversees front-end Revenue Cycle functions to ensure sound accounting practices.
