• Minimum of 5 years of practice management experience in specialty services, focusing on cardiology or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cardiology practice and ensure smooth patient care services.
• Develop and monitor budgets, revenue cycle management, and collections.
• Manage staffing, hiring, training, and performance of clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.
