Job Summary: Geisinger's Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking an invasive or non-invasive cardiologist to join the Geisinger Gray's Woods practice located in beautiful State College, Pennsylvania.
Job Duties: Geisinger is an Integrated Health System serving dynamic communities in Northeast and Central Pennsylvania. The Cardiovascular Division is dedicated to improving outcomes through clinical expertise, data, and innovative delivery systems.
Known as "Happy Valley," State College offers small-town charm combined with college town activities. The region features vibrant nightlife, shopping, outdoor pursuits like mountain biking, golf, running, fishing, skiing, and cultural events at The State Theatre, Tussey Mountain Amphitheater, and the Bryce Jordan Center.
Education is highly valued here, with top-ranked public and private schools and Penn State University. The area is conveniently located with access to the University Park Airport, offering flights to Newark, La Guardia, and Philadelphia, and easy access to Interstate-80 for weekend getaways.
Join a team of 9 cardiologists and advanced practitioners at Geisinger Gray's Woods, supported by Mount Nittany Medical Center. The practice features state-of-the-art outpatient cardiac diagnostics, including stress tests, echocardiography, ambulatory monitoring, cardiac CT with FFR, and cardiac MRI. Benefit from a large referral network of primary care providers, a pleasant work environment, 1:5 call coverage, and inpatient hospitalist services.

Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Required)
Experience: Relevant clinical experience preferred
Licensure: Licensed Medical Doctor in Pennsylvania
