AdventHealth West Florida is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our team in Sebring, Florida. This position offers a supportive work environment with a guaranteed salary and productivity incentives. Join us at our expanding 171-bed hospital, poised to grow to 275 beds by 2026.

The successful candidate will enjoy an engaging work schedule of Mon-Thu 8a-5p and Fri 8a-1p, with the possibility of working across multiple locations. Benefits include 26 paid leave days, CME allowance, and sign-on bonuses up to $45,000.

Cardiology Physician – Non‑Invasive Cardiologist Position (Florida)

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Non‑Invasive Cardiologists to join practices in Sebring, Florida.

Highlights

• 171‑bed hospital expanding to 275 beds in 2026
• Mon‑Thu 8a‑5p / Fri 8a‑1p schedule
• Inpatient/Outpatient hybrid model
• 4 locations; physicians must work in one clinic, may float at others
• 3 hospitals: Sebring (main facility), Lake Placid (rounding only)
• Current 8 cardiologists; adding due to volume
• 4 interventional cardiologists; adding due to volume
• 1 electrophysiologist; adding another
• Open‑heart program launching 2027
• APP support (inpatient and outpatient)
• EPIC EMR, DAX AI
• Collegial camaraderie, family‑feel rotation of call coverage

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Medical doctor (M.D. or D.O.) with or without U.S. residency
• Current U.S. work visa or eligible for sponsorship (J‑1, H‑1B, Permanent)
