Job summary

AdventHealth Medical Group Sebring FL seeks a Cardiology Physician to join a dynamic team in a well-established 171-bed hospital. The role emphasizes ethical, high-quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The successful candidate will handle 5–15 consults daily, support an active electrophysiology program, and work within a system offering comprehensive Heart & Vascular services. Competitive salary and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Board certification within 5 years or eligible
• Proficiency in EKG interpretation and treadmill testing
• Expertise in echocardiography and stress testing

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiology care in a hospital setting
• Manage 5–15 patient consults per day and inpatient census of 15–30
• Collaborate with 3 interventional cardiologists on staff
• Perform EKGs, treadmill tests, echocardiography and related studies
• Adhere to hospital-employed model and maintain high clinical standards

The successful performance of this position requires substantial specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills based upon applied principles of psychological, biological, physical and social sciences.
