An experienced, board-certified advanced heart failure transplant cardiologist is sought to lead a renowned heart failure program comprising 80 providers in a state-of-the-art heart hospital. The position involves overseeing cardiopulmonary services, collaborating with hospital leadership on growth initiatives, and supervising cardiology fellows, all while enjoying a highly compensated package. One of the nation's largest non-academic heart and lung transplant programs is seeking an experienced, board-certified advanced heart failure transplant cardiologist to lead its advanced heart failure and transplant program.

Position Highlights:

1. Oversee a nationally renowned Heart Failure program consisting of 80 providers, including advanced cardiac care specialists, cardiologists, cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons, pulmonologists, and experienced advanced practice providers.
2. As the leader of Cardiopulmonary Services, provide vision, leadership, organization, and direction for the team, working directly with the hospital president and C-suite to strategize and spearhead growth initiatives.
3. Lead the department at a new, state-of-the-art heart hospital opened in June 2024.
4. Opportunities to teach and supervise general cardiology fellows training at affiliated academic medical centers, with robust research opportunities.
5. The position offers a highly competitive financial package, including base salary, administration stipend, quality bonus, and RVU production.
