Join our healthcare team as a Cardiology - Non-Invasive Physician at the Veterans Health Administration in Muskogee, OK.

Position Overview

The EASTERN Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is seeking a board-certified, full-time physician to join our Cardiology Non-invasive department at the Eastern Oklahoma VA Medical Center Hospital, located in Tulsa, OK. The role involves a mix of outpatient and inpatient consults and management, supporting a 60-bed VA hospital. The ideal candidate will be dual board-certified in Cardiology and Internal Medicine, with an interest in Echocardiography, stress testing, Holter, and event monitors.

Qualifications
  • MD/DO with current medical license
  • Board-certified or eligible in Cardiology (Board Certification preferred)
  • Eligible for appointment at the VA
  • Interest in academic opportunities with OSUCOM and OUCOM is a plus
Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, with possible evening or weekend hours as a 24/7 physician.

Additional Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (non-US citizens may be considered)
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S.
