General cardiologist in Knoxville, TN
University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville is seeking a board-certified / board-eligible Cardiologist to join our growing program. UTMC is a 700+ bed, level 1 Trauma and Tertiary Care center, the only academic center in our service region and consistently ranked as one of the top hospitals in Tennessee by US News & World Report. Our cardiology division is 30 attending cardiologists and growing rapidly, and we provide comprehensive interventional, electrophysiology and imaging services. You will be joining an excellent team of cardiologists, along with advanced practice providers, dedicated pharmacists and clinical nurse navigator, and rotating Cardiology fellows from our ACGME accredited Cardiology fellowship program. You will have opportunities for faculty appointment in the Graduate School of Medicine, teaching residents and fellows, and clinical research.
Our medical center campus is directly across the Tennessee river from the main campus of the University of Tennessee, which brings opportunities for potential collaboration in research and education, as well as enhancement in the quality of life for all members of the Knoxville community.
