Job Opportunity: Physician for Dysphagia Consultations

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Columbus, and surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations of patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team, with both full-time and part-time positions available. Physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Annual income ranging from approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, based on volume, working 4 to 5 days a week.
• Health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and educational stipends.
• No weekend or night call responsibilities.
• Malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, paid for by the practice. Over 19 years and 400,000 evaluations, we have not had a malpractice inquiry or action.

Practice Overview:

Midwest Dysphagia Consultants aims to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit (pictured on our website).

Our mobile unit serves various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients, with requests routed through our office staff. Approximately 95% of studies are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, often the same day depending on volume and location. Our goal is to ensure staff are home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
