Job summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking Registered Nurse for Cardiology and PCU units to work full-time nights in New Mexico. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering safe and effective care, and adapting plans based on patient responses.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute care experience, live more than 100 miles from the facility, and hold BLS certification. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available with conditions; licensure requirements may be NM or

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute care experience for the unit they are applying to.
• Candidates must live outside 100 miles from facility.
• Certifications: BLS required upon submission; other certifications can be obtained after hire.
• Lice sure: Open to candidates who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure; must obtain prior to start.
• Relocation bonus may apply depending on relocation area; 1 year commitment minimum.
• Sign on bonus: less than 2 years experience $10,000; 2+ years $25,000; 2 year commitment to receive full bonus.
• Salary range: $29.05-$46.48 (based on years of experience).

Responsibilities

• Routinely uses acquired knowledge, theory, research and experience to respond to changes in clinical situations.
• Is able to apply the Synergy Model for Care in practice, and use this knowledge to personalize care for each patient/family.
• Delivers safe, dependable and effective care to a patient population independently utilizing the nursing process.
• Evaluates patient's response to planned care and adjusts plan of care as appropriate.
• Incorporates AACN Synergy Model into clinical practice.
• Collects, reports, analyzes and provides data on an ongoing basis and as required by physician and/or interdisciplinary teams in accordance with organization standards.
