Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Observe patients' progress and report to RN or medical staff.
• Record vital signs and collect specimens for labs.
• Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
• Measure intake/output and assist with ROM as needed.
