Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a nursing education program or has CNA certification.
• Licensed nursing candidate who has not yet passed exams within 3 years is eligible.
• Certified Nurse Assistant certification is preferred.
• Experience as patient care technician or similar role within 3 years is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and monitor vital signs.
• Collect and report clinical data and changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Assist in patient and family education and document activities.
• Maintain supplies and equipment and participate in safety initiatives.
