Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support in Hood River, Oregon. The role involves supervising cardiac stress tests, device checks, and coordinating patient care on an 8am–5pm schedule with a one-hour lunch break.

The selected clinician will manage approximately 12 patients per day and must hold BLS and ACLS certifications and board certification. Credentialing timeframe is 90 days.

This facility is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 8am-5pm (with a one-hour lunch)
• 12 patients per day on average
• The mid-level provider would provide on-campus supervision for echo/nuclear exercise stress tests and administer dobutamine stress tests, as well as in-office cardiac device checks and stress tests performed by cardiac device tech.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
• Board Certification required
• Must have a Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
