Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, perform rounds, document progress, manage admissions, consults, and discharges.

This role requires board certification, an active NC license, DEA, ACLS and BLS, and Cerner EMR experience. A strong clinical presence and ability to perform procedures such as arterial and central line placements and cardioversion are valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care and daily rounds on floor patients.

• Perform ICU procedures including arterial and central line placement, and cardioversion.

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, including daily rounding on all floor patients, documenting progress, admissions, consults, and discharges. Order medications, tests, and procedures as needed. Perform ICU procedures such as arterial line placement, central line placement, and cardioversion.

Qualifications

Board certification, active North Carolina license, DEA license, and certifications in ACLS and BLS. Experience with Cerner EMR required.

Key Duties

Cover mostly day shifts, 12 hours, 7 days a week. Manage general cardiology cases in various care settings, perform procedures, and ensure comprehensive patient documentation.
