Penn Medicine's Heart Group of Lancaster General Health is seeking a full-time General Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join a productive team of 30 physicians and 28 NPs. The NP rounds on inpatient service and sees outpatients in the office setting, with occasional travel to satellite offices.

Qualifications

• Valid CRNP license and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania.
• Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certification by ANCC in Adult/ Gerontology Acute Care NP.
• Minimum one-year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rounding on the inpatient service as part of a cardiology team.
• See outpatients in the office setting.
• NPs play an important role assisting in rounds, consults, and discharges.
• Occasional travel to a satellite office may be required.
