Job summary

adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for inpatient cardiology coverage in Everett, WA. This locum-tenens assignment requires 7a-7p, 7p-8a, or 8p-7a shifts and involves collaborative care with multiple APCs.

The role supports the cardiology service line with inclusive patient management, rounds, and discharge coordination in a 615-bed Epic-enabled facility. WA licensure or IMLC and DEA, BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active WA license or IMLC required.
• DEA registration required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Board certification BC is required.
• Experience in inpatient cardiology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient cardiology care.
• Round on cardiology patients in hospital wards.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and APCs.
• Perform history and physical examinations, order and interpret tests.
• Coordinate discharge planning and treatment adjustments.
