The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology team in the Atlanta metro area. This PRN/Per Diem role provides patient-centered care in collaboration with cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team, with focus on assessment, treatment planning, education, and continuity of care.

Minimum qualifications include NP certification, BSN, GA RN and APRN licenses, prescriptive authority, CPR and ACLS, plus 2+ years NP experience.

Qualifications

• NP certification from an accredited program.
• GA RN license in good standing.
• GA APRN license with prescriptive authority.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification.
• NPI number and eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including history, exams, and symptoms.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and labs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
