Infinite Medical P.C. in Ashland, NE is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive cardiac care part-time, 2 days per week, in a skilled nursing facility setting.

The role collaborates with cardiologists, performs assessments, tests, and educates patients, with primary focus on compliance and patient safety; competitive annual compensation and benefits are offered.

Formación

Master's degree in nursing and current NP/PA license.
Active unrestricted NP/PA license and DEA license.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Cardiology experience or training provided.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
CPR BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories.
Collaborate with cardiologists to develop treatment plans.
Administer medications and monitor responses.
Conduct cardiac stress tests and EKGs.
Educate patients and families on cardiovascular health.
Provide counseling and emotional support.
Document medical records ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Manage care for critically complex patients.
