Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a nationwide network serving residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

The role emphasizes heart-care, collaboration with cardiologists, and thorough patient assessments with diagnostic testing. The position requires a Master’s in Nursing, an NP/PA license, DEA and BCLS/CPR certification, and at least 6 months in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license.
• DEA license required.
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified.
• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and exams.
• Collaborate with cardiologists to plan and implement treatment for cardiovascular conditions.
• Administer medications and monitor responses, adjusting plans as needed.
• Conduct cardiac stress tests, EKGs, and other diagnostics.
• Educate patients and families on cardiovascular health and adherence to meds.
• Document accurate medical records following OSHA and regulatory guidelines.
