Job summary

MedElite Group, LLC. is looking for a compassionate Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Springfield, MA team part-time. This role involves providing care to patients with heart-related conditions alongside a dedicated healthcare team. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families about cardiovascular health.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in long-term care, holds a relevant nursing degree, and is ready to make a meaningful impact in senior care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician license required.
• DEA License and CPR BCLS/BLS certification needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical examinations.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
