Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Cardiology APP (NP/PA) to provide comprehensive care across Harbin Clinic Cardiology and Piedmont facilities in Cartersville, GA. The role blends office and hospital clinic duties with rotating weekend and holiday coverage.

The position emphasizes cardiology knowledge, collaborative practice, and ongoing credentialing. Expect a 40-hour work week with daytime hours and no call requirements.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials required.
• Cardiology knowledge or experience preferred, including familiarity with cardiovascular disease, testing, procedures, and medications.
• Ability to work collaboratively across clinic and hospital environments.
• Formal education, licensure, certification, and experience requirements are to be confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Provide general cardiology care across office and hospital clinics.
• Rotate time between office-based and hospital/CHF clinic care.
• Rounding on patients in the hospital.
• Maintain accurate medical records within 24–48 hours of visits.
