Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive cardiac care for inpatients and outpatients. The role involves evaluating emergent conditions, diagnosing and planning interventions, and collaborating with a supervising physician.

The position supports a 0.9 FTE night schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) across three 12-hour shifts, on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. Professional development and CME supported.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiac care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Evaluate emergent conditions such as ACS, STEMI, arrhythmias.
• Diagnose, plan interventions, and monitor patient responses with supervising physician.
• Perform and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
