Job summary

The Cardiac & Vascular Institute (TCAVI) in Gainesville, FL, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver cardiovascular care in both hospital and outpatient settings.

You will work alongside cardiologists, APPs, nurses, and staff to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, order tests, and provide ongoing care before discharge and during follow-up. Structured onboarding and mentorship accompany a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current national NP or PA certification.
• Florida licensure or eligibility to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient appointments and evaluate hospitalized patients.
• Participate in hospital rounds, cardiology consultations, and post-discharge follow-up.
• Review medical histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Develop treatment plans with cardiologists and manage medications.
