Job summary
Billings Clinic is seeking a Cardiology APP in Billings, MT to provide comprehensive medical care under physician supervision. The position requires licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner and a path to Montana/Wyoming practice licensure.
Under the supervision of a physician and department manager, you will perform exams, order tests, administer procedures, and contribute to patient care plans in a dynamic cardiology setting.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program.
- Current NCCPA Board Certification/License as Physician Assistant.
- Approved to practice as a physician assistant in Montana or Wyoming by Board of Medical Examiners.
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
- Current Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Approved to practice as a Nurse Practitioner with a Montana and/or Wyoming license.
- Current Montana and/or Wyoming RN license as appropriate to service area.
Responsibilities
- Examine patients and perform comprehensive physical examinations and compile medical data.
- Order/interpret diagnostic tests and differentiate normal from abnormal results.
- Perform therapeutic procedures within licensure and supervising physician scope.
- Formulate diagnosis, develop and monitor care plans, and document progress.
