The provider will handle inpatient rounding, follow-up care, and discharge instructions on a Sun-Sat schedule (7 days on/7 off, 7:30a–4p). The role includes 20% outpatient duties and collaboration with the cardiology team.

Requires BC, MI license, active DEA, and BLS/ACLS; Epic EMR experience preferred. Privileges and credentialing are included, with travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior experience in inpatient and outpatient cardiology (IP and OP).
• MI license active and in good standing.
• DEA license active; BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up patients on the inpatient cardiology rounding service.
• Provide discharge instructions and manage post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with physicians for inpatient rounding; provide outpatient cardiology care as needed (about 20%).
