Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a panel of patients with heart conditions
• Collaborate with cardiologists and heart care team
• Order and interpret cardiac tests (EKG, echocardiograms, stress tests)
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and lifestyle changes
• Lead and coordinate care within the cardiology service
