Job description

Seeking an additional BE/BC Cardiologist to join our rapidly expanding Heart and Vascular Institute in Normal, Illinois.

1. Join an established team of 4 General Cardiologists, 3 Interventional Cardiologists, 1 Electrophysiologist, 1 CV surgeon, and 4 dedicated Advanced Practice Providers.
2. Training in Advanced Imaging will be given special consideration, but is not required.
3. Rotating clinic coverage Mon-Fri.
4. Call is 1 weekend/month, with potential of 2 weekends depending on coverage needs.
5. Cover hospitalist service with support from our established Hospitalist program.
6. Modern, state-of-the-art facility; Magnet-Designated 200-bed hospital with a Level II Trauma Center, Level II NICU, and accredited as a Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center by DNV.
7. Must be able to perform some invasive procedures, including TEE.

9. Our team includes 40 physicians and 21 Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, delivering cardiac and vascular services to over 40,000 patients annually across Illinois and Indiana.

11. The compensation range for this position is $600,000 - $645,000.
