Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Non-invasive Cardiologist to join a large, growing group practice.

Schedule & Location

1. Rotational Outreach Schedule:

   • Every 3rd week, 1 week per month at secondary location
   • Every 3rd Wednesday at the 3rd location
   • Balanced schedule at main location

2. Outreach locations within an hour's drive from Lafayette, IN

3. Call: 1:3

Patient Volume & Common Diagnoses

• Average outpatient volume: [patients per day]
• Average inpatient volume: 8-15 patients per day
• Common diagnoses include:
• Atrial Fibrillation
• Hypertension
• Coronary Artery Disease
• Heart Failure
• Dyslipidemia
