Job description

Location:

A city in New York renowned for its rich history, vibrant cultural scene, and natural beauty. Located in eastern New York, about 30 miles north of Albany, the state capital.

Facility:

Practice dedicated to treating and preventing cardiovascular disease for residents. The practice's state-of-the-art cardiovascular care enables easy access to cutting-edge technology within the community.

Opportunity:

• Must be interested in treating Non-Invasive Cardiology cases and performing procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Must possess excellent clinical and communication skills, with a strong commitment to team-oriented, high-quality care.
• Hospital-employed position.
• Shift: 50% hospital, 50% clinics.
• On-call: 1 weeknight per week (telephone call, rarely requiring in-person presence). Weekend call rotation is 1:5, supported by APPs on weekends. Rounding in hospital on weekend days; on call by phone at night. In-house night Cardiologist available.
• The medical staff offers expertise in ultrasonography, pacemaker insertion, peripheral interventions, venous laser ablations, and nuclear cardiology. The practice includes seven board-certified cardiologists, five advanced practitioners, certified technologists, and exercise physiologists in cardiac rehabilitation.

Compensation:

• Salary: To be discussed at interview.
• Starting bonus: Negotiable.
• Relocation allowance: Reimbursement-based, amount determined by moving distance. Receipts can be submitted for reimbursement up to the specified amount.
